Step Up
Keith Armstrong was delighted to be one of the coaches at the two day StepUp event in Huddersfield during October 2009. StepUp is an international foundation that looks to educate and excite teenagers about the possibilities in business and in life. “I enjoyed it and I learnt a lot. It is always interesting to see how others approach change, but the best part was working with the teenagers. The employment picture looks bleak for young people and you hear and read disturbing things in the media. However, most teenagers are much smarter than we give them credit for and with the right sort of encouragement we can produce some real future leaders”
